Rating and tips are great experiences that will show your appreciation and encouragement towards the Merchant and Driver who served you. Your feedback can also help Merchants and Drivers to understand and improve their service to better serve you in the future. 

You can rate a ShopeeFood Merchant or Delivery Partner within a maximum of 7 (seven) days after placing an order. Here are the steps to give a rating:

1. Click Order History on the My Orders menu on ShopeeFood.
2. Select the order you want to rate, then click Rate.
3. In addition, after giving 5 (five) stars rating, you may select the tip amount that will be given to the Driver as well. 

Notes:

1. You can tip the ShopeeFood Driver after the order is complete.
2. The tip only applies to payment methods with ShopeePay.
3. After submission, your rating or tips for Merchant or Driver is fixed and cannot be changed.
